The Annual General Meeting of Seaford RFC Ltd will be held at the Clubhouse on Friday 2nd July 2010 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend. I enclose a copy of the agenda.

The following officers are to be elected:

SRFC President
SRFC Director (Chairman)
SRFC Director (Treasurer)
SRFC Director (Membership)
SRFC Director (Senior and Junior Players)
SRFC Director (International Tickets, Press & Discipline)
Company Secretary

      First Team Captain
Second Team Captain

Nominations for any of the above posts with details of the Proposer, Seconder and agreement of the nominee should be given, either by e-mail (Nicola.walker@cavcoms.com) or by letter (address above) to me by Friday 25th June, 2010.

Nominations for any new Vice Presidents and Life Members with details of the Proposer, Seconder and agreement of the nominee must also be given either by e-mail (Nicola.walker@cavcoms.com) or by letter (address above) to me by Friday 25th June 2010.

Please note that nominations from the floor of the meeting on the night of the AGM for any of the above posts or positions will not be accepted.

Copies of the 2009 AGM minutes will be available at the AGM or from the Secretary in advance on request.  Alternatively, you can view these on the website:  www.seafordrfc.com.

Seaford RFC are hosting the Sussex Under 14 and Under 16’s rugby finals on Sunday 28th March 2010.

 

Under 14’s  - Brighton vs Chichester

Under 16’s – Worthing vs Chichester

 

Kick offs at 11.00am and 1pm.

 

The Salts Clubhouse will be open and
refreshments will be available during this event.
 

All Seaford RFC members, sponsors and friends are invited to attend and support Sussex Junior Rugby.

 

 Monies raised will go towards the funding of the Junior Section of Seaford RFC.

This event will be attended by Francis Baron (Chief Executive of the RFU), Martyn Thomas (Chairman of Management), Andrew Scoular (Director of Community Rugby) and Rob Udwin (Chairman of the Community Game Board). 


The evening will provide you with a unique opportunity to quiz these top RFU officials with anything you need to know about the present or future of rugby and the RFU.


The RFU will be providing complimentary hospitality during this event.
The Salts Clubhouse will be open from 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
